"A huge shout out to agent, KATIE BACKHAUS! We recently called to bundle our existing policies and add an umbrella policy. Katie made all the communication so easy. Quick to respond with phone call and emails, gave explanation, and ended up with a better price than we could have imagined. "She raised my policy price by a hundred dollars to line her pockets and her employee just laughed when I was telling her about how difficult it has been to register my vehicle. Very rude you laugh while raising the rates. You are terrible and I’m changing because you are unreasonable"

"I HIGHLY recommend, Christiana!! She was able to cut my insurance by $350b!! Having a newer car can be so expensive. Insurance rates are sky high.
